Ruim een maand geleden meldde zich een Duitse televisieploeg bij de Gouda Cheese Experience om een item te maken over het maken van kaas en over kaas in het algemeen.

De Gouda Cheese Experience belde direct Karel Baarspul van de Goudse Kaasmarkt om langs te komen om de journalisten te woord te staan en wat te vertellen over de rol van kaas in Gouda.

Ongeveer drie uur werd gepraat, gefilmd en gewandeld in de Goudse binnenstad.

Dat leidde tot bovenstaande item van negen minuten dat deze week werd uitgezonden op de Duitse televisie.
